Posting rules

Every event posted must:

• actually take place in Nice, the Alpes-Maritimes or Monaco, on the date and at the place given;
• be described honestly: price, audience, language, accessibility;
• be open to the public, or at least to anyone who registers as explained.

Not allowed: illegal, hateful, discriminatory, violent or sexual content; scams and fake events; ticket resale; advertising disguised as an event; duplicate events.

Each account's first event is reviewed by the team before going live. Any event breaking these rules may be hidden at any time, and the account that posted it deactivated.

Reporting content

Every event and profile has a “Report” link. An event reported by several members is hidden until the team reviews it. You can also write to contact@nice-event.fr.

Terms of use

• The site is free. Posting events may later cost €1 per event once the site has grown; this will be announced in advance and never applied retroactively.
• You are responsible for what you post (texts, photos: you must have the right to share them). By posting, you allow Nice-Event to display your event and share it on its social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, Bluesky), with a visual made from your photo.
• External events come from public calendars: their accuracy is up to their source, which is always linked.
• Nice-Event does not organise events or sell tickets: if something goes wrong with an event, contact its organiser.
• You can delete your account at any time from your settings.
